In this role, you will be instrumental in the Battery Cell Institute, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.

• 
  Perform assembly, testing, and integration of Small Cell products according to work instructions and SOPs.
• 
  Operate production machinery and testing equipment (ICT, FCT, RF testers, calibration equipment).
• 
  Monitor process parameters to ensure stable production performance.
• 
  Conduct in-process quality checks, functional tests, and troubleshoot basic issues.
• 
  Record defects, coordinate with QA/FA teams to analyze failures and implement corrective actions.
• 
  Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and telecom specifications.
• 
  Prepare production reports: output, yield, scrap rate, production downtime.
• 
  Update and maintain work instructions, checklists, and engineering change notices (ECN).
• 
  Support NPI (New Product Introduction) builds and provide feedback for design-for-manufacturing (DFM).
• 
  Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and 5S management of production tools and equipment.
• 
  Follow ESD control guidelines and safety regulations during production.
• 
  Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• 
  Work with R&D on prototype builds, debugging, and design validation tests.
• 
  Cooperate with Supply Chain to confirm materials availability and solve component issues.
• 
  Support Engineering team in process optimization and yield improvement projects.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• 
  1–3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, telecom equipment production, or RF products (preferred).
• 
  ExperiEnce with RF testing, PCB assembly, or telecom devices is a plus.
• 
  Good understanding of electronics circuits, RF components, and telecom small cell architecture is an advantage.
• 
  Ability to read schematics, BOM, Gerber, and technical documents.
• 
  Problem-solving mindset with experience in root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).
• 
  Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen is a plus.
• 
  Good communication and teamwork skills.
