We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and analytical Small Business Program Analyst to provide comprehensive operational and strategic support for our Missile Defense Agency (MDA) client located at Redstone Armory, AL. This critical role serves as a key bridge between MDA organizations and the commercial industrial base. The successful candidate will lead defined work streams with a high degree of independence, managing data-driven initiatives such as market research, CRM database migrations, and tracking socioeconomic metrics. Additionally, this position directs the end-to-end execution of the agency's annual small business outreach strategy—overseeing public relations material clearance, managing event logistics, and administering mentor-protégé compliance.

The estimated compensation range for this position is between $92,800 - $102,580 annually. Actual salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s specialized skills, certifications, and years of experience relative to area benchmarks.
