In this role, you'll:


• This role will see you lead strategic development and implementation of metropolitan rail service plans supporting policy, growth, and improved customer outcomes.
• You will lead complex service planning, integrating strategy, infrastructure, and operations in a high‑demand metropolitan rail environment.
• You will provide expert advice, stakeholder leadership, and planning governance to support investment decisions, service delivery, and network optimisation outcomes.

About you


• Tertiary qualifications in transport planning, engineering, project management, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• You’re recognised as an expert in public transport planning, skilled at analysis, modelling, and leading complex stakeholder engagement.
• You bring experience delivering rail service plans in complex organisations to achieve integrated, evidence‑based, customer‑focused transport outcomes.
