Position: Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Specialist (Pet Food)

Level: Section Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Regulatory & Scientific Affairs (RSA) Specialist to play a key role in bringing innovative products to market. You will lead regulatory review, product registration, labeling compliance, and submission activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive compliant and efficient product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory review of product labels, artwork, ingredients, and claims to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Provide regulatory guidance and risk assessment to support product development and innovation projects.
• Manage product registrations and regulatory submissions with Thai FDA, DLD and relevant authorities.
• Partner with R&D, Marketing, Quality, and external stakeholders to enable compliant and timely product launches.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and support continuous improvement of regulatory processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields
• 2+ years' experience in Regulatory Affairs, Food Compliance, Product Registration, or Scientific Affairs
• Knowledge of food regulations, labeling, claims, and product registration
• Strong regulatory risk assessment and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration
• Strong project management and prioritization abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvementProficient in English
