In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering strong project engagement, knowledge sharing and consistent delivery practices across a large and complex infrastructure portfolio, this role will see you lead the coordination of subject matter expertise, drive change management initiatives and embed improved practices, behaviours and systems that strengthen delivery culture and operational consistency.
You will lead and facilitate new and improved ways of working, collaboration and engagement in a diverse, multi‑disciplinary delivery environment where cultural change, adoption of new practices and alignment across branches present ongoing challenges. About you
Your strong stakeholder engagement, change leadership and delivery coordination capability, formed across large, complex organisations such as infrastructure, government or similarly scaled environments, will see you excel in building communities of practice, overcoming cultural and behavioural change challenges and bringing structured engagement and change approaches to lead to improved knowledge sharing, greater delivery consistency and embedded innovation across the portfolio.
You’re recognised as an influential engagement and change leader, skilled at facilitating collaboration and translating insights into practical delivery improvements, experienced in project delivery environments, change management, stakeholder engagement and driving continuous improvement at scale.
