This is a senior leadership opportunity to provide strategic oversight and delivery leadership for platform development and integration initiatives across Transport for NSW. You will lead a complex portfolio of programs, ensuring solutions deliver strong business outcomes while maintaining operational excellence and service continuity.
You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of a diverse portfolio, including platform enhancements, integrations, and service improvements. This includes managing project governance, prioritisation, and resource allocation, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to enterprise objectives.
The role oversees a team of approximately 5 direct reports and 15 indirect staff, providing leadership, direction, and capability uplift across delivery teams. You will embed structured processes, ensuring consistency, accountability, and adherence to standards across all initiatives.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and execute platform and integration strategies, including roadmaps, delivery priorities, and performance measures aligned to organisational goals.
The role also includes oversight of financial management across the portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and benefits realisation, ensuring value for money and transparency in investment decisions.
You will ensure strong compliance with governance, security, and regulatory frameworks, proactively managing risks and ensuring delivery aligns with organisational standards.
You will champion continuous improvement, driving efficient delivery practices, improving platform performance, and supporting organisational capability uplift.

About you
You are an experienced senior leader with a strong background in technology delivery and large-scale project or program management, ideally within complex enterprise or government environments.
You bring proven experience managing end-to-end portfolios, including strong project delivery and financial management capability, with the ability to prioritise effectively across competing initiatives.
You are a strong people leader, experienced in managing both direct and indirect teams, building capability, and fostering a high-performing, accountable culture.
You are confident engaging with senior stakeholders, able to translate priorities into clear delivery outcomes and influence decision-making across the organisation.
You have experience working within governance and compliance frameworks, ensuring delivery meets organisational and regulatory standards.
With a strategic mindset and delivery focus, you are passionate about driving efficient, high-quality outcomes while maintaining operational stability and supporting long-term organisational success.
