Through close collaboration with Finance, FP&A, Risk, Compliance, and Technology leadership, you will ensure that StarHub’s finance technology ecosystem delivers operational excellence, planning agility, financial transparency, and regulatory compliance.

  • Oversee planning cycles, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and governance compliance.

Architecture, Integration & Data Governance

  • Ensure seamless integration between ERP, FPM, and reporting systems.
  • Establish data governance frameworks, including master data, hierarchies, and validation rules.
  • Drive improvements in data integrity, reconciliation automation, and reporting accuracy.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Embed internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance frameworks into system design.
  • Ensure adherence to financial governance, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
  • Strengthen system-driven controls to reduce audit findings and operational risk.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery from requirements through implementation and optimisation.
  • Manage system integrators, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Oversee release management, testing, and production stability.

  • Mentor managers and senior engineers; build multi-domain capabilities (finance + technology).
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

Requirement
