Job Description

You’re a creative leader with a curious and open mindset. You’re not afraid to forge new paths, find new ways of doing things and share your learnings.

You’ll apply your asset contract management expertise, supported by clear communication, sound judgement and effective problem-solving and conflict resolution to help thousands of people every day.

In this role, you'll:

You’ll implement governance frameworks that support strong asset performance across service delivery, safety, asset assurance and continuous improvement.

You’ll build and maintain trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, including asset managers and internal and external service providers, to ensure contracts are delivering efficient, reliable and customer-focused outcomes. This includes negotiating contractual arrangements, transitioning assets to operations, managing performance, coordinating Subject Matter Expert inputs, improvement initiatives and resolving complex issues that impact network operations.

You’ll provide expert advice and insight, frameworks or evidence-based reporting to senior leaders, ensuring risks, trends and performance issues are identified and addressed proactively.
