We are looking for an organised, proactive, and professional SLT Support Personal Assistant to join our Executive Support function, providing high‑quality administrative and personal assistant support to Directors within the Senior Leadership Team.
As part of the Exec Support function, you will work closely with senior leaders, supporting their daily schedule, forward‑planning of workload, complex diary management, preparation of meeting papers, briefings and presentations, and taking minutes where required. You will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a smooth flow of information and helping maintain high professional standards across the directorate.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and confidence in using initiative to handle emerging issues, respond to enquiries, and recommend appropriate courses of action. You will be expected to interpret procedures, apply best practice, and maintain effective working relationships across the organisation and with partner agencies.
This post is temporary until 31 March 2027 and forms an important part of the wider Exec Support service, contributing to joined‑up support for Directors and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
Applicants should refer to the Job Description and Person Specification for full details of responsibilities and essential criteria.
Please ensure you have uploaded and attached your supporting statement to evidence how you meet the criteria for the role. The panel may be unable to shortlist you for interview without this evidence.
