## General Summary

Qualcomm is transforming the automotive industry with the Snapdragon Digital Chassis, enabling automakers to deliver safer, smarter, and more immersive Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) experiences. Our Automotive Module System Level Test (SLT) team in Taiwan is responsible for delivering end-to-end test solutions for Qualcomm's leading-edge automotive modules — from New Product Introduction (NPI) through high-volume manufacturing (HVM).

We are looking for a Senior SLT Engineer to lead test development, debug, and production readiness activities for automotive module projects, and to collaborate with global manufacturing partners on test platform enablement.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop end-to-end SLT solutions, including test plan definition, system bring-up, test program development, and qualification programs.
* Serve as the technical point of contact for automotive module projects — driving test coverage, test program release, yield improvement, and test time optimization in steady-state production.
* Debug module-level hardware and software issues across common interfaces such as DDR, UFS, PCIe, USB, and power management, using industry-standard JTAG debug tools.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware design, software, system validation, and customer engineering teams across globally distributed sites.
* Support new manufacturing site enablement activities and drive product quality improvement initiatives (e.g., RMA / DPPM reduction).

## Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, or a related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience,
OR Master's degree in the above fields and 2+ year of related experience,
OR PhD in the above fields.
* Experience in Module / System-in-Package (SiP) / Board product testing at NPI or HVM stage.

## Preferred Qualifications

* 5+ years of System Level Test or product test experience, preferably in the automotive or mobile SoC industry.
* Hands-on experience with Android or QNX operating systems, JTAG debug tools, and scripting in Python or C/C++, with experience using source control systems.
* Familiarity with production testing practices (Gauge R&R, OSAT management), ability to read schematics and layout files, and understanding of system-level benchmarks.
* Strong English communication skills with the ability to work effectively across globally distributed teams and external manufacturing partners.
* Highly motivated, fast learner, and a strong team player.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
