Trinity Rehab – Outpatient Setting Trinity Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a FT/Part Time basis in Cary, NC within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting. Position Overview The Speech Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. This role works closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
