As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their experience with our services is seamless and positive. Your contributions will significantly enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer support in Slovenian and English via multiple communication channels
- Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex customer challenges
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvements
- Stay informed about product offerings and updates to assist customers effectively
- Engage in continuous training to develop and refine your customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian and English with excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
