Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Representative to work from home from anywhere in Greece! This role allows you to provide outstanding support to our Slovenian-speaking customers, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
In this position, you will be the key point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience. Your fluency in Slovenian will be essential in delivering personalized service that meets our clients' needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in Slovenian via phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Inform customers about products and services, enhancing their understanding
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Engage in ongoing training to keep up with product and service developments
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Dedication to providing high-quality customer service
- Familiarity with customer support software is advantageous
