Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Slovenian-Speaking Content Moderator to join our dynamic Gaming & e-Sports Department in Greece! This is an exciting opportunity to engage with a diverse community of gamers and play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable online environment. As a content moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
Your fluency in Slovenian will be essential in effectively communicating with our Slovenian-speaking audience, allowing you to address concerns, foster interaction, and uphold a respectful atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Moderate user-generated content in the gaming and e-sports community in Slovenian
- Review and evaluate submissions and interactions to ensure they align with community standards
- Assist players via forums and chat platforms, providing support and addressing inquiries
- Identify and escalate inappropriate behavior or content as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to improve user experiences and community engagement
- Stay informed about the latest trends in gaming and e-sports for effective moderation
- Help cultivate a respectful and inclusive community environment for all players
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian and English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong knowledge of gaming and e-sports culture
- Prior experience in content moderation or community management is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A genuine passion for gaming and a commitment to fostering positive online interactions
