Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Slovak-Speaking Travel Support Agent to join our team in Greece with a fully paid relocation package. As a Slovak-Speaking Travel Support Agent, you will assist Slovak-speaking customers by providing exceptional support related to their travel bookings and inquiries on Booking.com. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for travelers.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent travel support to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with reservations, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related queries
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak and English (both spoken and written) is essential
• You must specify your nationality and native language in your application
• Right to live and work in Greece, or EU citizenship
