Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in Slovak through phone, email, and chat to customers utilizing electronic products
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues to assure customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and solutions diligently within the support database
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate complex matters
- Educate customers on product capabilities and effective usage
- Stay up-to-date with product developments and technological innovations
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance both product knowledge and customer support skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken, is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in technical support or a customer service role is a plus
- A friendly and customer-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving satisfactory outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support software is advantageous
