Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Slovak via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with a variety of questions related to products and services
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
- Provide guidance and support in navigating our services and platform
- Gather feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge
Requirements
- A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-centric mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
