Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Slovak via phone, email, and chat regarding inquiries about luxury products and services
- Provide personalized service by understanding and fulfilling customer needs and preferences
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our luxury brand offerings and latest collections
- Collect customer feedback to help improve our services and products
- Participate in training to stay updated on luxury retail trends and company policies
Requirements
- A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Proficiency in customer support software and tools
