As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key point of contact for our Slovak-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. Your efforts will be essential in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service in Slovak and English across multiple channels
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Accurately document interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure comprehensive solutions to customer challenges
- Collect customer feedback to inform service improvements
- Keep informed about our products and services to assist customers effectively
- Engage in continuous training to enhance customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak and English with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational proficiency
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
