As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting our Slovak-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support regarding our services. Your role will be vital in ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Slovak through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to our services
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality
• Stay informed about company services and updates
• Participate in continuous training to enhance your skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak and English with strong communication skills
• Customer service experience is preferred, particularly in relevant fields
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
