Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content on social media in Slovak using AI moderation tools
• Review submissions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and brand values
• Engage with users through comments and messages, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
• Utilize AI insights to identify patterns of behavior and content issues within the community
• Collaborate with the social media team to enhance user engagement and satisfaction
• Stay updated on social media trends and advancements in AI moderation technology
• Contribute ideas for improving moderation practices based on community feedback

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and verbal, is essential
• Experience with social media platforms and content moderation is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks under tight deadlines
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in moderation is a plus
