Join Mercier Consultancy as a Slovak-Speaking Content Moderator in our exciting Gaming & e-Sports Department based in Greece! In this role, you will be responsible for moderating content and interactions to align with our community standards.
Your fluency in Slovak will be key to effectively communicating with our Slovak-speaking users, enabling you to foster a positive atmosphere and address any concerns or issues that arise. Work closely with fellow gaming enthusiasts and contribute to enhancing the overall player experience.
Responsibilities
- Moderate user-generated content in the gaming and e-sports community in Slovak
- Review and assess content submissions and player interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Assist players via forums and chat platforms, responding to their questions and concerns
- Identify and escalate any inappropriate behavior or content
- Collaborate with team members to improve user experiences and community engagement
- Stay informed about the latest trends in gaming and e-sports for effective moderation
- Promote a respectful and inclusive environment for all community members
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong understanding of gaming and e-sports culture
- Prior experience in content moderation or community management is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A genuine passion for gaming and a commitment to fostering positive online interactions
