As a Customer Agent Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for Slovak-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries, support needs, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Slovak via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inquiries related to products and services efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions within our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly
- Gather customer feedback to help improve service quality
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company offerings and procedures
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service or support experience is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
