职位描述
岗位职责： 1、负责完成博弈类游戏数值框架的设计 2、负责数值模型搭建，完成理论计算 3、与开发核对数值结果，保证玩家产生的数值与理论计算所得偏差尽量小 任职要求: 1、本科及以上学历，1年以上数值策划经验，熟悉棋牌、博弈类项目类型，有大型项目数值经验者优先； 2、熟悉游戏数值架构，精通策划设计原理，具有成熟的设计方法论； 3、有丰富的游戏经验和游戏知识，对深入了解的游戏数值体系有过自己的分析和反推演算。对游戏的经济系统有一定的思考，乐于关注游戏各方面的平衡性调整； 4、产品导向，竞品思维，了解市场和玩家需求； 5、精通Excel的数值建模与运算，掌握数据库操作、有基本程序编写能力者优先； 6、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，良好的沟通表达能力和抗压能力。
