Job Category: Hospitality - HotelSUMMARY:  Responsible for the direct supervision of the Slot Technicians and the maintenance, repair, and testing of gaming devices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for supervising slot technicians’ performance of repair and maintenance of gaming devices.
Ensures compliance of policies and procedures regarding the maintenance, repair and testing of gaming devices.
Maintains parts control log.
Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of equipment.
Participates in hand pay jackpots and fills when required.
Monitors machine entry logs.
Assists in training slot technicians.
Maintains contact with WAP rooms for scheduled PM for WAP with manufacturers.
Prepares paperwork for new machines and conversions for machine software upgrades, in compliance with Tribal and State requirements.
Assists with the setup of the slot tournament including the conversion of gaming machine devices.
Oversees Tribal and State compliance testing.
All other duties as assigned (non-gaming functions and issued gaming license permitting).

QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  Certificate of completion in electronics on a college level, technical electronics school, or IGT Technician Certification preferred.  Experience with the IGT Advantage system preferred.  Two years minimum experience as a Slot Technician is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  Some lifting required.  Must be able to walk, stand, stoop and bend without difficulty.
