Join the team at WarHorse Gaming as a Slot Technician I and help keep the excitement alive on the gaming floor! In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting slot machines and gaming equipment to ensure an exceptional guest experience and maximum game uptime.

What You’ll Do

As a Slot Technician I, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the performance and reliability of our gaming floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, maintain, and repair slot machines and gaming equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain repair records
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic gaming equipment to the component level
• Respond quickly to machine malfunctions and technical issues
• Assist with slot machine conversions and new game installations
• Partner with Slot Operations and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
• Investigate slot variances and help resolve technical concerns
• Maintain and secure all company-issued equipment including keys, radios, and handheld devices
• Assist guests with machine-related questions and provide outstanding customer service
• Attend required trainings and stay current on gaming procedures and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• One (1) year of Slot Technician or related technical experience preferred
• Electronics or PC technical degree/certification preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience using smartphones, tablets, and touchscreen technology
• Knowledge of slot systems and gaming equipment preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technical software

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexibility required based on operational needs

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and remain active throughout shifts

Additional Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
• Must comply with all gaming regulations and company policies
• Strong communication and guest service skills required
