Job Description

Full-Time | Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM | Pay Rate: $21.00 Hourly

Please note: This is a non-tipped position

Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position.

Job Purpose or Objective(s): As a Slot Service Technician, you will manage the upkeep and function of all electronic gaming machines. You will report to the Slot Service Shift Manager or Departmental Manager.

Primary Tasks:

  1. You will troubleshoot and repair any hardware and EGM reporting related issues regarding the Oasis 360 system.
  2. Repair and troubleshoot the gaming machines, including contacting the responsible vendor, and logging the malfunction and repair.
  3. Install machine install, conversions, moves, and upgrades this includes machine testing following accounting, CNGC, and NIGC procedures.
  4. Maintain the MEI Easitrax system, which includes monitoring acceptance rate, cashbox preventive maintenance, ensuring the upkeep of asset management, and ensuring the proper firmware version is maintained on each Bill validator.
  5. Perform periodic slot machines audits to verify machine options and information are in accordance Slot operations and CNGC recorded information.
  6. Prepare reports.
  7. Investigate/identify potential security risks.
  8. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Follow established procedures and policies of the Choctaw Nation, Choctaw Casinos, and local management.
  • Apply oral or written (legible) communication techniques.
  • Background in electronics or technical repair preferred.
  • General computer application proficiency - spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and word processing required.
