Job Responsibilities:
Provide the highest quality customer service to our guests. This includes keeping the slot area clean, offering Food and Beverage items to player and promote all MGM marketing campaigns
Offer assistance and advise slot players on the machine functions, pay tables and payouts
Observe all activities in the slot area and ensure all machines are in good operational condition
Ensure that all MGM Slot policies and procedures are followed in accordance with the government regulations and MGM standards
Job Requirements:
6 months of previous customer service or retail sales experience
Able to take direction from superiors
Possess excellent communication skills
Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
