Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
  • Closely monitors customer needs by visibly circulating the gaming floor and interacting with patrons. - Provides cash handling service to casino patrons.
  • Pays and verifies jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures.
  • Promotes the Players Club card program; understands current card benefits and information and presents program to customers.
  • Communicates all customer service issues to key personnel.
  • Responsible for assigned casino funds and proper handling of funds exchanges.
  • Performs customer booth transactions.
  • Assists in training new personnel as needed.
  • Effectively responds to manager’s requests in all areas of customer interaction and customer concerns.
  • Monitors work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met and customer requests are addressed and resolved.
  • Assists patrons with general questions concerning the casino.
  • Handles jackpots; initiates paper fills/reserve paper fills; corrects minor slot machine malfunctions and performs light maintenance; performs reserve paper replenishments; performs main change bank duties; announces jackpots; accurately distributes change from secured wallet; responds to change lights, all in accordance with indiana Gaming Commission rules and regulations.
  • Maintains cleanliness of work areas including keeping chairs pushed in, emptying ashtrays, disposing of cups, vacuuming or wiping out coin trays, and any other light cleaning responsibilities to promote a positive player environment.
  • Accurately enters all customer information into the CDS and iGT systems.
  • Performs duties in a safe manner; reports any potential safety hazards to management staff.
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Basic math and cash handling skills required, including the ability to count money and make change.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Must have the ability to work any shift or hours as needed.
