Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
  • Assists in watching slot play, resolves problems and promotes compliance with slot procedures and rules while insuring slot security and reporting on specific play or problems as required.
  • Respond to the needs of guests, and accurately handle guests’ monetary transactions; has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers.
  • Pay and verify jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures.
  • Proactively promote the myChoice card program; understand current card benefits and information and presents program to customers.
  • Accurately maintains and control money flow during shift with customers and employees.
  • Assists in training new personnel and customer booth trainees as needed.
  • Monitors work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are achieved and customer requests are addressed and resolved.
  • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1-year experience directly related to the accountabilities specified.
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately account for cash transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully with the public
