Pay Rate: $7.00 Hourly (AVG Tip Rate $32.40) | On-Call, Per Required Need | Shift Details; Days and Shifts will vary based on business needs.

Job Purpose or Objective(s): TheSlot Attendant has a general knowledge of gaming machines to instruct customers on their use and features. The Slot Attendant issues jackpot payouts to customers up to the established amount after all appropriate approvals have been obtained, resets jackpots, resets machines, and performs general maintenance on machinesYou will report to the Slot or Casino Supervisor.

Primary Tasks:

1. You will provide customer service by maintaining high visibility on the floor, initiating and building partnership with slot customers, explaining the slot games, game rules, and payout schedules to our guests.

2. Replenishes thermal paper, fixing printer jams, and bill acceptor malfunctions.

3. You will identify and correct machine malfunctions; contact the team members to repair machine or program functionality.

4. Pays winners by promptly responding to winning customers, obtain proper identification, verify hand pays, assisting the Supervisor in processing jackpot/paperwork, paying the customer, and assisting with Title 31 transaction requirements following established procedures.

5. You will protect casino assets by observing floor activity and reporting suspicious activity or procedural irregularities to the Casino/Slot Supervisor or Slot Shift Manager.

6. Know Choctaw Casino Slot Policy and Procedures and other related SOPs.

7. You will use computers to enter access or retrieve data.

8. Keep accurate records of monetary exchanges, authorization forms, and transaction reconciliations.

9. Other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

· Experience handling large volumes of cash

· Apply basic math (arithmetic, ratios, proportions, or conversions)

· Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time

· Will tolerate areas containing secondary smoke
