Duties and Responsibilities:
·Actively patrols assigned sections looking for opportunities to surprise and delight guests
·Enhances guest’s slot entertainment experience by creating a fun, high-energy environment
·Displays attentive, upbeat, and enthusiastic behavior during each and every “Moment of Truth" interaction
·Develops customer loyalty by delivering unparalleled guest interactions
·Clearly communicates functionality of Slot Floor
·Verifies and countersigns hand paid jackpots
·Keep slot area clean and secure
Signatory Ability/Sensitive Access:
·Jackpot/EGD Fill (manual).
·Buy Slip.
·Machine Entry Authorization Log.
·Order for Jackpot / EGD Fill/Billfold Jackpot Payout.
·Gratuity Deposit Form.
·Jackpot Slip.
·Temp Bank Voucher.
·Variance Slip.
·Sensitive Key Control Log (Access to Sensitive Keys as prescribed in Section I-070 of these Accounting and Internal Control Procedures.)
Requirements:
·Excellent oral communication skills.
·Understands the needs of our guests
·Knows the reward programs for our guests
·Ability to read, write, speak and understand
·Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and employees.
Prerequisites/Preferred Qualifications
·High school graduate or GED equivalent
·Minimum 6 months experience in Slot Operations or Slot Performance or equivalent Casino work experience preferred Previous slot experience preferred
·Previous money handling experience preferred
·Must possess basic math skills
·Ability to interact with customers and employees
·Must have the ability to hold an Occupational License as required by the Illinois Gaming Board
