We are currently looking for a Slitting Operator to join our team. Experience is not required but always a bonus.
Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate slitting machines according to job specifications.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and accuracy.
• Monitor production process and troubleshoot any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
• Record production data and report any discrepancies.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on slitting equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Education: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent and above.
• Experience: Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Skills:

• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and measurements.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting.
Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
