General Position Summary

Slime Mold Productions is W+K’s in-house production group. We provide agency-wide production and post production support with a focus on nimble, quick turn executions. Major Responsibilities/Primary Functions

• Work with production and creative teams to help shoot and edit internal and public facing content, including case studies, mood films, sizzles, branded content, and social assets
• Fulfill PA duties and provide general support to in-house production team during larger shoots
• Assist in-house production team in prep and upkeep of on-site stage and production gear
• Assist in-house editors with footage searches, transcoding & logging, media management, sound design, VO recordings, motion graphics, color correction, and archiving
• Assist in fulfilling various agency requests including event footage capture, media compression & encoding, reel creation, and spot posting

Qualifications, Distinguishing Characteristics and Special Requirements

• Passion for the art and craft of storytelling
• Degree in film, media studies or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Firm grip on fundamentals of filming and editing techniques, formats, and equipment
• Demonstrated passion for the craft of storytelling, and a natural curiosity to explore content trends, styles, and approaches
• High levels of creativity and professionalism, a keen attention to detail
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, and to work thru challenges collaboratively
