This individual operates a 3-story slide inside the La Gran Plaza Mall and provides excellent customer service to guests of all ages.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that children and adults are playing safely and following all posted rules
- Ensure that the slide is opened and closed at posted hours
- Ensure that slide is properly shut down at the end of each day
- Examine the cleanliness of the slide prior to a function and report any existing issues
- Responsible for inventory of slide bags for the slide. Request more inventory with enough time so that there is always enough supply
- Monitor the slide activity and respond to questions, complaints, or comments that may arise. Report any complaints to supervisor immediately

Experience, Knowledge and Education:
- No experience needed
- Strong customer service skills for people of all ages
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand for long periods of time and perform other duties as needed or requested by manager
Additional Requirements:
- Successfully pass pre-employment screening
- Available to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays
