Sleep Health Clinician – Maroochydore QLD

Full-Time: Monday to Friday, initially 9:00am – 5:00pm

Rotating Saturdays: Once fully trained across CPAP and retail, alternating Saturdays 9:00am 12:00pm, with a fortnightly RDO during the week.

We’re looking for a Sleep Health Clinician to join our Maroochydore team. This is a customer-facing role with a strong retail component, combined with clinical sleep health and diagnostic testing.

Initially, your primary focus will be sleep testing, where you’ll receive full training and support to develop your knowledge and competency. You’ll also work across our retail environment, supporting customers with their CPAP needs, conducting clinical consultations and helping them find the right products and solutions.

As you develop your skills, you’ll work across sleep testing, CPAP therapy, clinical consultations and retail customer care.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting customers throughout their sleep health journey
• Setting up and coordinating in-home diagnostic sleep studies
• Educating customers about sleep testing and CPAP therapy
• Conducting clinical consultations and supporting CPAP treatment
• Helping customers select the right CPAP equipment and solutions
• Providing product education and demonstrations
• Supporting sales and delivering excellent customer service
• Building relationships with customers, health professionals and referral partners
• Supporting day-to-day retail operations and store presentation
• Working independently while being part of a supportive team

Experience in CPAP, pharmacy, optical, healthcare, allied health, medical retail or a similar customer-facing environment is highly regarded.

Sleep diagnostics experience is welcomed but not essential — we’ll train you!
