岗位职责：

1. 支持并协调工厂战略及精益改进项目的推进。
2. 定期跟踪并收集精益管理及智能制造报告所需的信息。
3. 开发数字化应用，助力流程改进。
4. 完成部门管理层交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历；具备软件开发经验者优先。
2. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
3. 熟练使用 Microsoft 365 工具，包括 Power Platform, Power BI 和 SharePoint。
4. 具备流利的英语读写能力；英语口语能力优秀者优先。
