Als ICT System Engineer mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Phone System Management / Teams Phone und Skype for Business bist du mitverantwortlich für die Betreuung und Verwaltung der Voice Services. Du arbeitest mit an der Störungs- und Problemlösung auf 2nd Level-Ebene, bist als Engineer of Duty zentrale Anlaufstelle und beteiligst dich am dispatchen sowie an Pikett Einsätzen.
