Job Description

The Sky Service Distribution - RM will be a key member of our contact center team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to our valued Sky Channel customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build strong relationships. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Handle inbound calls from Sky Channel customers, providing timely and accurate assistance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Provide product and service information, offering tailored recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and effective issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to offer the best advice to customers.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote relevant products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures during customer interactions.
  • Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management tools.
