Job Description

The Sky Service CCU - RM will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to our valued clients. This role requires a proactive and customer-centric approach, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships and providing tailored financial solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with Relationship Managers to understand client needs and deliver an exceptional service.

  • Manage and service a portfolio of high-net-worth customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to develop and implement strategic plans for client growth and retention.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with market trends and financial products to offer relevant and timely advice to clients.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of client portfolios, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Assist in the on-boarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth back-end processes and efficient service delivery.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or relationship management role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide creative solutions.
  • Proactive and customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering an exceptional service experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards is an asset.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and products.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for customer service.
