Job Description

As a Relationship Officer – Customer Engagement, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) within the bank’s Priority Banking segment. This role focuses on deepening customer relationships, enhancing engagement, and driving cross-sell opportunities across the bank’s product suite. You will be expected to source new customers through lead generation models and field support, while ensuring a high standard of customer service and adherence to bank policies. The role also involves coordinating with product managers and group companies to deliver a seamless banking experience, conducting sales initiatives, and maintaining detailed relationship records. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong sales orientation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships in a dynamic banking environment.
Acquire and expand relationships with High Net Worth (HNI) customers by sourcing Category A Priority clients.
Generate new customer leads through structured lead generation models and external field support.
Ensure high levels of customer service and strict adherence to bank policies and compliance norms.
Cross-sell a wide range of bank products to existing customers to deepen wallet share.
Educate clients on new products and enhancements to strengthen the banking relationship.
Plan and execute special sales initiatives and client engagement activities in collaboration with Product Managers.
Coordinate with group companies to offer integrated financial solutions across product lines.
Maintain comprehensive relationship records for all assigned customer accounts.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and maintain consistent client contact.
Act as a role model within the organization by demonstrating professionalism and teamwork.
