Job Description

The Sky Global Indian Classic - RM-Sky Channel-VRM - NR will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing expert advice. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the financial industry and its products. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the bank's success.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain high-value clients.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and challenges.
  • Offer tailored financial solutions, including investment advice, wealth management, and banking services.
  • Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to provide relevant and timely advice.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and workshops to educate and engage clients.
  • Monitor and analyze client portfolios, providing regular performance updates.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to other bank services as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all client interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Proven track record of successful client relationship management and business development.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work.
