Job Description

The Sky CA Classic Relationship Manager is a key position within our bank, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving business growth. You will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, offering personalized financial advice and solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the banking industry and the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions, including investment advice and wealth management strategies.
  • Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and upsell bank products and services.
  • Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to offer relevant and timely advice.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and an integrated approach to client needs.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
  • Manage and oversee a team of relationship officers, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Represent the bank at industry events and build a strong network of contacts.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant banking software.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to work and a results-driven attitude.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of work.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and events.
