The Sky Branch - RM-Sky Channel-Branch Omni role is a key position within our bank, focusing on relationship management and delivering an exceptional customer experience.   • Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with other teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
  • Manage and oversee a team of relationship managers, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create targeted campaigns.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, especially those catering to high-net-worth individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of tasks.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when required, including occasional weekends.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven attitude is essential.
