TSTS GROUP SHPK is seeking a skilled and experienced Skipper to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Skipper, you will be responsible for safely navigating and operating our vessels, ensuring the comfort and safety of our guests, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely navigate and operate our vessels, following all safety protocols and regulations

- Ensure the comfort and safety of all guests on board

- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and providing information about the vessel and surrounding area

- Maintain a clean and organized vessel, including regular maintenance and cleaning tasks

- Monitor weather conditions and adjust routes as needed

- Communicate effectively with crew members and guests

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Valid captain's license and relevant certifications

- Minimum of 1 years experience as a Skipper

- Strong knowledge of navigation and safety protocols

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job

- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Knowledge of local waterways and attractions is a plus
