Skincare Therapists

We are looking for highly driven individuals with a passion for providing excellent skincare services and solutions to their clients!

As a Skincare Therapist in Chanel, you will help to create a unique and memorable experience for each client, at every moment and at every point of sales. Combining business orientation and passion for the client, you will be an artist of relation who contribute to the Brand image and help build retail leadership in the market.

Leveraging your unique experiences, Chanel will enable you to…

· Provide personalized skincare consultation and facial services to clients and propose skincare programs that delivers accurate results to ensure client satisfaction

· Share skincare trends and tips with clients to inspire them to use Chanel’s skincare products

· Assist in skincare workshops/seminars and demonstrate brand expertise and professionalism

· Promote cross-selling, retain, recruit and grow client return rates

· Facilitate a seamless omni-channel shopping experience for client

· Being Chanel Ambassador who educates and inspires clients and enriches their experience in using Chanel skincare products

· Co-creating stories with and for the client, sharing the brand culture and blending it with the client’s personal story to come up with unique moments made just for them.
