About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and confident Skin Clinic Manager cum Counsellor to manage the day-to-day operations of a dermatology, cosmetic, skin, hair, and laser clinic while also handling patient counselling and conversions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in a skin, hair, cosmetic, dermatology, or laser clinic and possess a strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and patient requirements.

This is a dual-responsibility role requiring someone who can efficiently manage clinic operations as well as counselling, ensuring smooth functioning of the clinic and an excellent patient experience. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with patients, understanding their concerns, explaining suitable treatment options, and supporting the clinic's business and revenue objectives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the skin, hair, cosmetic, dermatology, and laser clinic.
• Handle patient consultations and counselling by understanding their skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns.
• Explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes, timelines, precautions, and follow-up requirements in a clear and professional manner.
• Counsel patients regarding dermatology, cosmetology, skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments.
• Build trust and rapport with patients to provide a positive and comfortable clinic experience.
• Follow up with prospective patients and existing clients to improve treatment continuation and conversions.
• Coordinate appointments, patient flow, treatment schedules, follow-ups, and clinic activities.
• Coordinate effectively with dermatologists, doctors, therapists, technicians, and other clinic staff.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the front desk, counselling, doctors, and treatment teams.
• Monitor daily clinic performance, patient appointments, counselling activities, and conversions.
• Maintain patient records, treatment-related information, and operational documentation.
• Handle patient queries, feedback, and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the clinic in achieving operational, customer satisfaction, and revenue targets.
• Ensure clinic processes, hygiene standards, and service quality are maintained consistently.
• Train and guide junior staff members on patient handling, counselling, and operational processes where required.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong patient counselling and communication skills
• Hands-on experience in clinic operations
• Experience working in a skin, hair, dermatology, cosmetic, aesthetic, or laser clinic
• Good knowledge of skin, hair, and laser treatments and procedures
• Ability to understand patient concerns and recommend or explain appropriate treatments
• Strong patient relationship management and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle both clinic management and counselling responsibilities
• Target-oriented approach with the ability to drive patient conversions

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in established cosmetic, dermatology, skin, hair, wellness, or laser clinics will be preferred. Experience with organizations such as Dermatech, Bodycraft, Kaya, Skinlogics, Alive Wellness Clinic, Medilinks, or similar skin and aesthetic clinics is highly desirable.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a female professional with 3–6 years of relevant experience who can independently manage clinic operations while confidently handling patient counselling. She should have strong knowledge of skin, hair, and laser treatments, excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to contribute to both patient satisfaction and clinic growth
