Skills Development Facilitator & Trainer


Location:

We are seeking a Skills Development Facilitator & Trainer to drive learning, development, and skills enhancement initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating training, managing learnerships, ensuring SETA compliance, and supporting workforce development through effective training and reporting practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate new hire, upskilling, leadership, and learnership training programmes.

  • Manage learnerships from enrolment through to completion, ensuring compliance with SETA requirements.

  • Coordinate and maintain ATR/WSP submissions and supporting documentation.

  • Monitor learner progress and provide regular reports to management.

  • Conduct training audits and maintain learner, training, and compliance records.

  • Manage LMS enrolments, learner tracking, and training administration.

  • Support BPESA and other funded training programmes.

  • Develop and maintain training content, materials, and assessments.

  • Coordinate training resources, facilities, and stakeholder requirements.


Requirements

  • Assessor and Moderator Certification

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in Training, Skills Development, or Learning & Development.

  • Strong understanding of Learnerships, SETA compliance, ATR/WSP submissions, and skills development legislation.

  • Experience facilitating training and managing learner programmes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, LMS platforms, and SharePoint.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
