We manage land, property and the seabed across England, Wales and Northern Ireland - independently, commercially and for our nation’s future.
We’re investing and playing a key role in delivering net zero and energy security, nature recovery and biodiversity, and supporting inclusive communities and economic growth, all while responsibly creating financial value for the UK.
We return our profits to the UK government for public spending, which has totalled more than £5 billion over the last ten years.
We manage a diverse £15 billion portfolio, making a lasting impact, today and for generations to come.
