As a Dispatcher, you are the nerve center of our operation.
Your mission is simple:
Get the right technician to the right customer at the right time—every single day.
You'll:
Coordinate communication between technicians, customers, and leadership
Strategically manage the dispatch board to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
Anticipate challenges before they happen and adjust plans accordingly
Use your knowledge of Northern Virginia to create smart routing decisions
Balance customer expectations, technician strengths, and company goals
Think 2-3 moves ahead, just like a chess player
Keep work orders, schedules, and invoicing flowing smoothly through our technology platforms
Bring energy, professionalism, and positivity to Mission Control every day
You might be the right fit if you:
Have 2+ years of dispatching experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Services preferred)
Know Northern Virginia like the back of your hand
